How did you start competing?
I saw a video of Stacy Burr on Instagram and that was when I figured out powerlifting existed. A good friend introduced me to JP Price and Ryan Sylva who became my mentor/ best friend and coach respectively.
How long have you been competing?
I have been competing about 2 years.
What is your proudest moment/achievement in your sport?
Squatting 518 in sleeves at the Apeman Elite.
What are your favorite foods to eat?
My favorite foods to eat are steak and rice. I have a HUGE sweet tooth.
What do you like to do outside of the Gym?
I enjoy yoga, reading, running, and hanging out with my little family!
Who are your inspirations or people you look up to?
All the guys at my gym. Jeff, JP, Ryan, Tom. These guys have taught me everything I know about powerlifting. As far as the ladies go I really look up to Sarah Lewis, Kristy Hawkins, and Eva Dunbar.
What’s something about you that not many people know?
As a child I battled kidney cancer and had a heart defect. My kidney and tumor were removed and my heart was repaired. I have been healthy since.
